Chapter 6 Summary

Homecoming

George arrives in the port city soon after Alanna does. He takes her up in his arms and kisses her, then asks about the others. He knows about her and Liam, as does everyone. The commoners have been singing songs of the Dragon and the Lioness for weeks now. Liam arrives and informs George that they will continue to sing plenty more songs about him. George rides with the companions to the home of Myles, and Myles insists that all of the group stay at his house. After introductions, everyone just sits around and visits. All talk of Dominion Jewel or any unpleasant business are left for tomorrow.
