Chapter 11, Aslan is Near Summary

Edmund is not having as fun of a time. Edmund is hungry for Turkish Delight and finally gets up the courage to ask. The White Witch at first refuses then changes her mind. The Witch sends for another dwarf who she orders to bring food. Minutes later Edmund is presented with stale bread and water. Edmund complains and is told that is all he will get. Edmund eats it.

The White Witch, Edmund, and a dwarf pile into the sledge and begin on their way. It is the middle of the night, bitterly cold, and snowing. Edmund has no coat and is freezing. When the sun comes up, there is no relief because Edmund is wet to the bone from the snow flying into the sledge from the skies underneath. Edmund.....
