Level One Summary

Dennis had been placed on academic probation because of his poor performance, which was due to his obsession with video games. But during his junior year in college, Dennis was told by the dean, Dr. Rodriguez, that he was being suspended from the university. Dr. Rodriguez told him that perhaps the university wasn't a good fit for him and that attending another college would be beneficial. Although he pleaded with the dean, the decision was final and he would have to leave the university.

Dennis was angry and he thought back to when his downfall at the university had begun. It was during his freshman orientation week when he saw his father's face everywhere on campus.
