Buck tosses and turns as his thoughts remain on Rayford's story. He finds it amazing that even a smart man like Rayford, an airline pilot, also missed what seems to be so obvious to them now. Buck wonders if he might be on the cusp of being "born-again". Rayford, meanwhile, wonders if he made any sense to Buck. Not only that, he feels that he is pushing Chloe away.
The next day, Rayford and Chloe pack and get ready to head back to Chicago. What they do not realize is that Buck is joining Chloe in First Class. He is heading to Chicago hire a manager for the Global Weekly office there. He boards the plane and sits next to Chloe, who makes no indication that she knows he is there. She is staring.....
