Chapter 15 Summary

Before Buck leaves for his interview with Nicolae, he checks his messages and receives one from Hattie who asks him to call her back. Steve tells Buck that he needs to be careful since he may be extradited to London for the investigation. Steve finds out that there are detectives at the Plaza waiting for Buck to show up. Buck and Steve head to Marge's apartment so that they can watch Nicolae's appearance on that evening's edition of Nightline. The interviewer asks Carpathia to outline his plan for disarmament. He suggests that each country with nuclear arms destroy all but ten percent.

Rayford goes out to replace the items that they will need in the house, like a new television and VCR. He is very excited and encouraged that Chloe is asking for another.....
