Summary

In Chapter 3, Stevie and Susan Carol are attending the awards breakfast. They both have to pose with their plaques for pictures, but neither of them has to speak. Dick Weiss tells them that they have to write one story per day during the event. Weiss also tells them that they have to work on deadline, like a real reporter. Susan Carol tells Stevie that she already wrote her story for the day. She says that when she interviewed Coach K for her essay that she was also able to line up an interview with the coach from Syracuse. As they walk to the Dome to watch practice, Stevie notices that people are trying to sell tickets to the games.
