Adam Costello

Adam is an 18-year-old boy who is living in America after the vuvv arrive. The alien race promised prosperity and access to incredible technology; but, Adam's life is filled with dread, poverty, and sickness. Adam is attracted to a girl named Chloe when her family moves into the Costello home, and they quickly become involved in a romantic and sexual relationship. Their lives are so desperate that Adam and Chloe become vloggers. They video their encounters and dates, and they sell the episodes online mainly to a vuvv audience. When Adam and Chloe are no longer interested in each other, Adam's first instinct is that they have to keep up the charade. He is literally his family's sole form of support at this point, and he is desperate to keep earning money.
