Chapter 3, Up in the Sky Summary

Chapter Three "Up in the Sky" begins like the other chapters, with scriptures from the Book of Revelation. The Spectre and Norman are in Kansas at the prison for non-conformists that the justice league has built. Norman's visions are growing and appearing to him more quickly than ever.

The prison was built after all the radiation from Magog's fight had been cleaned up. It is constructed to hold a large number of prisoners for some time, but it is filling rapidly. Mister Miracle's past as an escape artist helps him design the very best traps to keep prisoners inside. Holograms of Superman are brought in to teach truth and justice concepts, but the prisoners do not seem interested in learning the new way of life.
