Greenhouse Eleven

Greenhouse Eleven is the greenhouse in New Milford where Baz, Coco, Nzuzi, and Mad all live and where Vic stays for a week. It is located on an orchard that happens to be across from the same graveyard where Vic's grandparents were buried. The greenhouse is characterized as a beautiful, weird, and wonderful place. It reminds Vic both of Neverland and Oz. At the same time it has a wondrous quality to it, it has ordinary elements as well. The kids stock up on canned foods and sleep in sleeping bags next to a space heater. There are books, a record player, a couch, and a coffee table.
