Summary

In Chapter 24, before Shuli can speak to Dudu, the meal begins. After the meal, Dudu has many friendly conversations with the students. He has brought a camera with him and takes many pictures. Some of the students inform Shuli that, according to Dudu, Dudu takes the pictures to give to his wife, who commends the fact that Dudu is a supporter of the yeshiva. Before Shuli can speak with Dudu, Dudu exits the yeshiva. Shuli quickly follows, but he is shocked when he is unable to find Dudu, either in the stairwell or on the street. Eventually, he notices a nondescript metal door in the stairwell that he had not noticed before. He knocks loudly on the door until it opens.
