Point of View

The point of view of Just Another Hero is the third person. The author focuses on two main characters — Arielle and Kofi — and as the book switches perspective between those two characters in various chapters, the narrator becomes omniscient with regard to those characters only. For example, the first two chapters are told from Arielle's perspective and the narrator provides readers with a glimpse into her thoughts and feelings, but not those of other characters. In Chapter 3, the perspective switches to that of Kofi and the reader has the advantage of knowing his thoughts, but not those of other characters, including Arielle.
