Chapter 29 Summary

Dr. Grant, Malcolm and the children head back toward the compound, while Dr. Sattler remains with Dr. Harding and Gennaro to care for the sick dinosaur. As they drive away, the children look through the binoculars and see that there are raptors on the ship that has left port and is headed for the mainland. They try to alert the control room, but cannot get through, because of interference, which they conclude is from the storm that is almost upon them. Dennis Nedry breaks into the laboratory and steals the embryos.
