Joyland

Joyland is located in Heaven’s Bay, North Carolina. The coastal region is the perfect spot for an amusement park. Joyland is not a theme park, which gives it freedom to have any kind of amenities the owner desires. Among the attractions are the Carolina Spin, a roller coaster named the Delirium Shaker, a water slide named Captain Nemo's Splash & Crash, Annie Oakley’s Shooting Gallery, Horror House, and other amusements and games. The far side of the park contains a children’s annex known as Wiggle-Waggle Village. There is also a concert hall that features minor and formerly famous musical acts.

The main attraction to the reader is the Horror House. This is the place where Linda Gray was murdered by her mystery boyfriend who later turns out to be Lane Hardy. Gray and Hardy had visited Joyland before Hardy was an employee. Once inside the Horror...
