Chapter 3: Sylph

Ana awakens to the smell of hot coffee. Sam tells her they have to leave and that he has to pack Shaggy, his horse that he had covered in blankets outside the tent. Li had never allowed her to drink coffee because it could make her short and it was too expensive to give to a nosoul. Ana is shocked that Sam is going to help her get to Heart. She has to do her part to help him pack he tells her. She packs up the items in the tent while he feeds Shaggy. She finds a large brass egg on the bottom of the floor.
