Ch. 6: Captured! Summary

Alanna wakes to find herself in a tent at camp with Jonathan by her side. He tells her that he bandaged her himself and didn't let anyone near her while she was unconscious. Faithful tells her she has been asleep for three days. Alanna tells Jonathan about Thor and Jem and then Jonathan kisses her on the lips. Myles enters the tent to find Jonathan pale faced and Alanna red faced. Alanna wonders if Myles knows she is a girl.

Alanna is ordered away from battle while she heals. She returns to the healing tent to assist, even though she is too weak to use magic. Jonathan often comes to help heal and talk to the wounded.

Alanna tires easily and is sent from the healing tent. She volunteers to assist with sentry duty and goes into the woods with another...
