Summary

Chapter Six is told from the perspective of Dieter, one of the three Germans who visited Kiki in Turkey. He is the one who really liked Kiki and wanted her to come with them. The chapter follows Dieter and his friends, Bruno and Steffi, right after they leave Kiki and Osman’s farm. Dieter cannot stop thinking about Kiki. He was amazed by her living in the middle of nowhere with the Turks. Bruno and Steffi are dating, although Bruno is getting tired of their relationship. Steffi is the negotiator of the group. She is eager to get to the next archaeological dig.
