Destiny vs. Free Will

Nick’s destiny as the Ambrose Malachai is to bring about the destruction of the universe. It has been confirmed by Nick’s future self, who came back to warn him of his impending actions, and Kody, whose family was killed by Nick centuries in the future. Kody was sent back in space and time to destroy Nick before he can destroy the world; yet Kody hesitates because 16 year old Nick is a loving, big-hearted, morally righteous teenager.
