Chapter Two: Ignorance Is No Excuse Summary and Analysis

Even though Tony doesn't have to be in school until then, he doesn't want to start a morale problem with the other teachers and plans to arrive by seven o'clock each morning. He is wakened by his alarm at 4:30 in the apartment he rented for the year he'll be in Philadelphia. He pulls into school just after 7 am.
