Summary

Susan Calvin continues her stories with the reporter by telling him of her first trip off the surface of the Earth. Dr. Calvin was called to a Hyperatomic Drive station to help find a missing robot. Dr. Calvin was told that the robot was one of a few special robots whose first law had been modified to allow the robots to leave workers alone while they were working with radiation. This project is highly sensitive and kept secret from everyone except those closely involved. For that reason, when the robot disappeared it was of great importance that he be found.
