Book 4, Chapter 1 Summary
Jenna stayed with her family in Reading for two months recovering and getting clean. Jack even called while she was there. He begged her to come back. She refused. Eventually, she had to leave. She could not have them take care of her forever. She needs to get back to her career.
She went to Los Angeles and Nikki. She stayed on Nikki's sofa, and let Nikki mother her into a woman. Nikki had married her boyfriend, and Jenna tried to split them up. Jenna wanted Nikki to be her girlfriend. She did not want to be with a man. All her experiences had shown her that men were dogs. Nikki refused to be her girlfriend but remained her friend, and helped her get her career back.
