Book 3, Chapter 13 Summary
Jenna tells her diary that she is upset about Marjorie and her dad separating. Marjorie had been her mother for eight years and now she was leaving. The family moved into her Grandmother's house, and Jenna started fifth grade in a new school.
Book 3, Chapter 13 Analysis
Jenna is scared of her stepmother, and yet loves her so much that the separation was breaking her heart. This upheaval is very traumatic to her.
