Book 1, Chapter 10 Summary
Jenna helped Jack set up a new tattoo shop after Vanessa's funeral, with the money she had saved from working at the Crazy Horse Too. The night before the shop was to open, it was fire-bombed. Jack and Jenna knew that Preacher was behind the bombing. After that, Jenna worked thirteen hours a day to escape.
While at work, she saw a new girl at the Crazy Horse Too. Eventually, Jenna went to talk to her and taught her everything she had learned from Vanessa. The woman kissed Jenna, and the two ended up back at the woman's apartment. When Jenna left the apartment the next afternoon, she was questioning everything about her life, but she felt loved and safe with this woman. The only problem was she did not know the woman's name.
