Colorado

Colorado is where the Galvin family lives for the vast majority of the book. Other than a few brief intermittent years in the 1940s and 1950s, Don and Mimi Galvin lived in Colorado for their entire marriage. The outdoor features of the state became a part of their family life, particularly as they pursued their main hobby: falconry.
