In another part of the battlefield, Henry begins to realize that they are winning. He asks about his family members who are fighting. Exeter tells Henry that the Duke of York, who Henry saw wounded earlier, fought bravely. He tells about how he met the Duke of Suffolk who was also dying. He asked him to hold on for a moment so they could die together. Then they kissed, a brotherly kiss, and died. Exeter wept like woman at the sight, and Henry is teary-eyed, but before they have too much time to mourn the loss, an alarm is sounded. The alarm signifies the reinforcement of the French troops, and Henry orders all the French prisoners killed.
