Act 3, Scene 1 Summary

The English have arrived in France, and Henry is giving his soldiers a speech to get them ready to go into battle. The entire scene is a soliloquy in which Henry, who obliviously knows how to rile his men up, tells them to fight for their ancestry, their love of England, and for their manhood.
