Chapter 23 Summary

Spencer's dad tries to get her to help him pick out a new windmill to replace the old burned one. Spencer refuses because she has too much on her mind. She leaves a voice mail for Melissa. As she is wondering about her mom catching her dad and Ali's mom having an affair, Ian Ims Spencer. She gets him to tell her that he knew about the affair and that he told Ali about it. He says that is why Jaosn and Wilden were coming after Ian the night Ali disappeared. He also asks Spencer if she ever noticed how much she, Melissa and Ali look alike.

Ian also says that Jason and Wilden might not be responsible for killing Ali, but that they are hiding something. Spencer gets the Polaroid out of her father's yearbook and this time recognizes that the pregnant...
