This address is the home of the Dursleys, the place where Harry lives when not in school. Though he hates living with his abusive family, he must return home at least once a year to refresh the spell that Dumbledore cast to protect him against Voldemort. As long as he can call it home, Privet Drive is a safe haven for Harry.

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Hogwarts is the boarding school where all witches and wizards learn to use magic. Run by Albus Dumbledore, the school is the setting for most of the action of the story. The children travel there each year by enchanted train to pursue their studies. During the sorting ceremony, the Sorting Hat warns the assembly that Hogwarts would face a dangerous external threat during the school year.
