Chapter 28 "Snape's Worst Memory" Summary

The morning after Dumbledore's escape, the students wake to find posters all over the castle decreeing Umbridge the new headmaster. She wastes no time in creating the Inquisitorial Squad, a group of students led by Malfoy with the power to deduct points at will, even from prefects. Harry is summoned to Umbridge's office, though he has no idea why. When he arrives, Umbridge offers him a beverage and urges him to drink. Harry almost drinks but then thinks better of having a drink with his enemy, suspecting it might contain a truth potion or worse. Umbridge questions Harry about Dumbledore's whereabouts and then asks where Sirius is hiding. Harry claims to know nothing and just as Umbridge begins to press harder, a series of explosions rocks the castle.
