Number twelve happens to be the hidden headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix, housed in a ramshackle house accessible only by magic. Harry is ushered in by his guards and greeted by Mrs. Weasley, who instructs him to be very quiet as he goes upstairs to join Ron and Hermione.
