Neville leads Harry, Hermione, and Ron through the passages. He is now staying in the Room of Relinquishment, the room that will give you whatever you ask for, except food, which Alberforth provides. More students have gone into hiding him. As long as one person stays in the room, the Carrows (Two Death Eater Professors) can't get in, because they have told the room not to let them in.
