Part II, Chapters Eleven through Twenty-one Summary

In chapter eleven, Glitsky is with Sergeant Paul Thieu as Glitsky is on his way to the scene of the murder of Victor Trang who has been stabbed. Thieu is the officer who took a missing person's report on Trang and he and Glitsky are the first to arrive after a cleaning crew discovered the body.
