The Town

Dog Man and the other characters of this novel live, work, and interact in various sites around an unnamed town. The city is apparently large and the scenes sometimes show large skylines in the background. The action shows some specific sites around the city, such as the gift shop where Grampa animates the lunch bag known as Munchy. Munch then destroys several unnamed buildings in the city before drinking waste from “Bob's Nuclear Power Plant.” The scenes include the pond where Flippy is teaching a class, City Hall where a ceremony is held, and the Mayor's house that burns down. The novel opens in a mall where the comic creators, George and Harold, are selling their books.
