The following Saturday, Sammy picks up Ben in his '59 Fleetwood Cadillac. Sammy suggests they go to the Shack, but Ben feels like a traitor around his old teammates and doesn't want to run into them. Sammy suggests an alternate plan to drive to lovers' lane and scare unsuspecting couples with the shotgun Sammy has in the back seat. On the way, Sammy tells Ben that Emma Lee Givens is interested in dating Sammy. When they arrive at lovers' lane, they see a cop car. Ben backs off, ready to give up on the shotgun plan, but Sammy recognizes the police car as belonging to Junior Palmer. Junior is married with kids, and Sammy, not a fan.....
