Summary

In Chapter 17, Pip convinced her friends to attend a calamity party with her. She told Ravi she could use the party to discover who Andie had been sourcing her drugs from.

In Chapter 18, at the party, Pip could not find anyone buying or selling drugs. Then she followed a classmate, Stephen, outside for a cigarette. When she asked him where she could buy weed, Stephen said he got his from someone named Howie. Then he tried hitting on Pip. Uncomfortable, she worked out how to retrieve Howie's number from his phone and flee his aggressive advances. Using what Stephen said regarding his drug purchases, Pip found the parking lot where Howie dealt.

In Chapter 19, she waited in the lot until a figure appeared on foot. She ducked down and watched. Stanley Forbes showed up; the two exchanged money and argued. Pip took photos...
