Nick and Rand are back at Amy headquarters talking about Lonnie saying Amy saying she was sacred of someone and wanted a gun. She tried to buy it on Valentine's Day. They talk about the neighbor, Noelle Hawthorne, and how she told the police she and Amy were best friends. Nick says her husband said Noelle was looking at pictures of Amy and crying hysterically. Rand mentions Noelle quoting from an Amazing Amy book about best friends.

Rand and Nick meet with the two detectives at IHOP. The detectives say they are looking at a more personal motive and that they've spoken to Lonnie.
