In the limousine, Bobby talks about Chloe and Victor says he will kill him if he ever touches her.

In chapter fourteen, the director of the French film crew is in Victor's room. He thinks Bobby is out of control and wants Victor to watch a video. The video is tape of Bobby in different places. F. Fred Palakon is shown with Bobby.

In chapter thirteen, Victor begins to think of a plan.

In chapter twelve, Victor goes to the living room where the crew is working. The others are also in the room. Victor says he is going to see Chloe. When he is in the taxi, he tells the driver to go to the American embassy.
