Part 2, Chapters 8-0, pgs. 242 - 265 Summary

Victor joins the Wallaces for dinner. He tells them that Marina didn't show. He learns that Stephen works for a London advertising agency. Lorrie says she opens restaurants. They again invite Victor to dinner in London and he again says he is going to Paris. Marina arrives and joins them. Lorrie says she thinks she has met Marina before and thinks that it was in Berlin. Marina says no. A photographer wants to take their picture and everyone but Victor says no, but Victor insists and the photo is scrapped. Marina leaves the table, telling Victor to call her after dinner.

In chapter seven, Victor is in his cabin and tries to call Marina. There is no answer. He looks for a copy of the script and can't find it. Marina calls and tells Victor...
