Tenth Grade Summary

Chelsea Baker, a student that transferred to Middletown High School in the tenth grade describes how the school was different. Chelsea says the Middletown was a lot more rigid in its ways. Even though there was a popular crowd in her previous school, the line of demarcation was less than at Middletown and the popular kids at her old school were still nice.

Ryan says that drugs became a big part of life at school. Not only were Gary, Brendan and Ryan doing drugs, so are the athletes were. Ryan also describes how he, Allison, Gary and Brendan drive out to the woods and set up a mock bombing situation. After setting up the scene, Gary sets off a bomb and then wants to recreate the scene to ensure that the bomb he has built is effective.
