About Gary Summary

Ryan Clancy tells about the first time he met Gary. Gary and Gary's mom, Mrs. Searle moved next door to Ryan and his family. While the other boys play soccer with each other, while waiting for the bus, Ryan wasn't into that and neither was Gary. This helped the boys to form a bond. Ryan describes Mrs. Searle as being overprotective. He says it may be because she was a single parent and Gary was her only child.
