Summary

Chapter Nine: This chapter begins on the day Sarah left Eddie’s house at the end of their week together. Eddie asks again if he should cancel his vacation, but Sarah tells him not to. He asks if he can call her from Spain. She enters her contact information into his battered cell phone. He asks for the phone numbers for her parents’ house and for Tommy’s place as well. He also friends her on Facebook.

Eddie gives her Mouse to hold on to until he gets back. He tells her he will call her later that day. As he leaves, he tells her he thinks he is in love with her.
