Chapter 98 Summary

The Weems Weekly on August 10, 1954 has the headline, "Mishaps Galore." Wilbur has been complaining of a headache and Dot can't read the paper. They realize they are wearing each other's glasses. Opal had a mishap at her salon. Some hair caught fire in the garbage can. Biddie Louise Otis is getting a perm and thinks her head is on fire.
