Dot Weems tells her readers that Whistle Stop could have been mistaken for the North Pole last week. It only snows about once every ten years in the town. Dot's husband took the dogs for a ride in the snow and ended up in a ditch. She lists other weather related disasters her husband experienced while driving including: riding in a hailstorm and destroying the windshield. He went fishing in a rainstorm.....
