Part 2, Chapter 15 Summary

Peter puts Katie out of his mind. Dominique arrives at Peter's apartment. Peter's mother is moving out. Peter speaks with Francon, who says that Peter will inherit the business when Francon retires. Francon says that he is tired and that he wants Peter to be proud of the business. Francon's attitude annoys Peter, who feels that Roark should not be more confident than Francon. Guests disturb the newlywed couple all day. Finally, that night, Dominique lets Peter satisfy his desire, saying, "Let's get it over with." When he asks, "Who was he?" she answers, "Howard Roark." He doesn't believe her.

Toohey sends his congratulations to Dominique, and the three have dinner. When Dominique and Toohey are left alone, he asks her, "So, you've come back to the fold, Dominique?" He tells her.....
