Solaria - Robots Summary

Trevize, still believing that Pelorat encountered a functioning robot on the planet's surface, opts to spend the night on Aurora. Then Bliss confides that she hadn't really seen the robot work, but had felt she couldn't say so in front of Pelorat. She says that she believes he wanted to make the discovery so badly that his mind played a trick on him. Bliss talks at length about her devotion to Pelorat and the reason for it. She explains that she, as part of Gaia, is "good" because of her relationship to the whole. Pelorat, as Bliss says, is good simply because he is. He's a selfless person and Travize admits that Pelorat would lay down his life for another, if called upon to do so. Trevize also admits that he would.....
