Chapters 27-29 Summary

In Chapter 27, Nayir unmoors his boathouse from the dock and anchors at sea for a couple of days. He needs distance from what he has learned about Othman, what this means for his engagement to Katya and where he will go now with the investigation. One evening Katya calls and Nayir and her exchange information that they have discovered. She already knows about Othman and the samples that they took at the zoo match the dirt and plant samples found in Nouf's head wound and scratches. DNA on the blanket found matches Othman's and Nouf's.
