In Missing the Feed, Titus misses his feed. When feeds were created, it was 50 to 100 years ago. People used to carry around the feeds. Then brain feeds were created and people were very excited about them. The feeds created a highly intelligent human race. People are walking encyclopedias. The corporations also use the feeds to see what people want and sell accordingly to their wants. Titus thinks the corporations run everything and may be evil, but he likes having things when he wants them. Titus is annoyed his feed is off. He feels like the boat painting. There is a boat ready to sail, but no one is on board to watch the view.
