Summary

In Chapter 5, Keith goes to return a briefcase to its owner. He had carried it out of the World Trade Center thinking it was his, but he later realized that it was not. He had found a wallet and ID in the suitcase, so he contacted the owner before going to her apartment. Her name is Florence Givens, and she invites Keith inside. She works for a company that had been located one floor below the company. She and Keith talk about their experiences of September 11.
