Chapters 12-15 Summary

In Chapter 12, Heaven and Logan take Drake and go to the lawyer's office to make arrangements for Luke and Stacie's funeral and to be able to take Drake back to Farthy. It is learned that Steine is Tony's attorney, not Luke's. Heaven finds this to be very odd. She learns that Tony had purchased the circus and then sold it to Luke for $1. Tony had stepped in and had made every possible arrangement through the lawyer. Heaven is upset and again, feels overwhelmed.

Heaven, Logan and Drake return to Luke's house. Logan makes lunch for Drake while Heaven packs a few things and prepares to return to Farthy.

Fanny arrives with Randall. Fanny creates a fuss and tries to take Drake away. She repeatedly points out that she was Pa's favorite.
