Chapters 31-36 Summary

Myron meets Dimonte at the precinct to view the video evidence. A surveillance tape at a loading dock nearby had caught a woman leaving the scene of the murder with a long object wrapped in a baseball bat. Myron lies to Dimonte when asked if he recognizes her. Esperanza is at the office going over the Raven Brigade file. The events that led up to Greg's disappearance and the murder of Gorman do not make sense to her. The Raven Brigade had robbed the bank in Arizona and for some reason they had come to New York. To Esperanza, something involving the bank robbery must be tied to Greg Downing. She calls one of Myron's contacts and requests the information on which safe deposit boxes were broken into.
