Chapter 7 Summary

Two years pass. Spirit manages the bulk of the organizational work, and Hope is the figurehead for the Tyrancy. Hope Hubris says that he finally gives Ebony her chance with him, and she shocks him by eliciting three climaxes from him, before she shares her first ever climax with him. Hope Hubris has been alternating between his three mistresses, Shelia, Coral and Ebony, who cater to his sexual needs, but he is growing dissatisfied: he does not love anyone.

Hope calls his first cabinet meeting, and introduces each of his cabinet members, and describes their responsibilities.
